Over time, I kept seeing the same thing: Sustainable change requires people to truly engage with each other and find ways of relating that work for all sides.<\/span><\/h3><p><span>My background in psychology made moving into The Work Between a natural next step. It allows me to combine structure and clarity from my consulting work with a deep understanding of relational dynamics.<\/span><\/p><p><span>I work across private and business contexts, because the way we build relationships doesn\\u2019t separate between the two. How we handle tension, build trust or avoid difficult conversations follows similar patterns.
