In this work, we focus on the relational layer of your leadership – the part rarely taught, yet shaping everything: how you build trust, create alignment and allow others to connect with you beyond your role. We work on the patterns that shape how you relate to others and develop practical ways to build stronger, more reliable connections. This is not about merely applying leadership tools, but about shifting how you build relationships, so you become more trusted, integrated and effective.
How
Sessions take place one-to-one, either online or in person at my practice in Frankfurt. A session typically lasts 60 minutes. The number and frequency of sessions depend on your situation and are agreed together in the initial conversation.
Fees
Terms vary depending on whether the coaching takes place privately or within an organizational context. On this basis, I provide a tailored proposal following an initial conversation.
