This work helps you as a team to better understand the patterns shaping how you collaborate. We clarify what works for you as a team and what needs to change. From there, interpersonal patterns can be shifted in ways that strengthen the team’s trust, clarity and accountability.
How
We begin relationship work in teams by building a clear understanding of your situation. To do this, I conduct interviews with all involved individuals before we hold an initial joint session. In this session, we validate your key topics and the interventions that will best support you. Afterwards, sessions and workshops usually take place with the entire team. If it is helpful for your situation, we also integrate individual sessions. We primarily work in in-person workshop formats. The number and frequency of sessions and workshops depend on your situation and are agreed upon together. Team Dynamic Workshops are always tailored to your specific situation. In these workshops, we work intensively together on your current topics. Content and timing are defined collaboratively.
