In this way, we identify the priority topics and interventions that are best suited to your specific context. Afterwards, sessions take place with the entire team. If it is helpful for your situation, we can integrate individual sessions as well. Sessions are generally held in person. Alignment workshops are tailored to your specific situation and needs. In these sessions, we work intensively together on your current priorities. Workshops are always held in person. The number and frequency of sessions and workshops depend on your situation and are agreed upon together.
