We begin relationship work for founders and executives with a comprehensive assessment of your situation. This starts with a joint session and an individual session for each person involved. In this way, we identify the priority topics and interventions that are best suited to your specific context. Afterwards, sessions usually take place with the entire team. If it is helpful for your situation, we will also continue to integrate individual sessions. Sessions are generally held in person. The number and frequency of sessions and workshops depend on your situation and are agreed upon together.
Alignment workshops are tailored to your specific situation and needs. In these sessions, we work intensively together on your current priorities. Content and duration are defined collaboratively.
